Propelio SEO ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based SEO agency headquartered in West Sussex. We are the data controller for personal information collected through propelioseo.co.uk.

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, website (optional), service interest and any message you provide. We may also collect basic analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you request, send relevant follow-up communications about your project, and improve the performance of our website. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We process your data on the basis of (a) your consent when submitting a form, (b) the performance of a contract when we work together, and (c) our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Form submissions are securely stored via Google Workspace. We use trusted processors (analytics, email, CRM) which are GDPR-compliant. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case retention follows the relevant service agreement and legal accounting requirements.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email hello@propelioseo.co.uk.
